I get this tickle in my throat that makes me cough and need water quickly. My one eye also runs on that same side. If you are on high blood pressure meds like Lisinopril or HCTZ - this may be the culprit. It was for me when I was on Lisinopril. I figured it out myself. years later, I am experiencing it again and I take Hyzaar which has HCTZ in it. I am now thinking this is the problem. I have tried so many other blood pressure meds though due to the tickle, cough, runny eyes and this is the one with the least amount of side effects, but honestly I can't take this much longer...
