Also had a bit of Down brown, stringy discharge (not normal brown) it looked like chocolate sauce urge. Also been having a bit of twinging on low right side ..Upset stomach as well.  Has anyone had /having similar symptoms?  Its nothing to do with pregnancy or contraception so can rule that out.  Really worried, going For a smear and pelvic exam at the docs next week but would appreciate any feedback.  Oh and also had period like pains at end of my period when this all started.... Thanks!
