Nothings wrong John. It's normal.

From your description you are uncircumcised. The head of the penis, the glans, is loaded with nerve endings. They've been covered and protected your whole life. Now, they are becoming stimulated and it can hurt.

Eventually you will get used to this as you get older and they become less sensitive. You could try to keep the head exposed so that it gets used to it and becomes less sensitive.

Hope it helps.

Hi there,
Do you mean that your tip hurts that is under your foreskin or you are referring that something is under your skin? If you say that your head of the penis hurts this might mean that your penis head is over sensitive. If you have foreskin your penis head might be protected too much and there for you are more sensitive when you touch it. However this might be caused by other things as well. Have you noticed any discharges from your penis or if you noticed any blood? This could be caused by urinary tract infection which is usually treated with antibiotics. Have you notices any changes in your urine?

Best wishes,
Marco
