Having a tubal is considered a permanent form of birth control.
It can be reversed via surgery. But, it may cause scar tissue that leads to an increased risk of an ectopic pregnancy.
In-Vitro Fertilization is also an option. Your eggs can be harvested, then fertilized with your partners sperm, and implanted. It would be YOUR child.
