ok, here's my situation: 30 yrs old, single female, previously diagnosed with low grade HPV in feb. 2007. I have never had any other std related infection or virus, and my health has generally been for the most part pretty good. but for the past 3 months or so i've been having abnormal bleeding in between periods, i've developed what my pcp has preliminarily diagnosed as a urinary tract infection (due to foul smelling urine/stool problems), and ive been suffering from pelvic pain on the right hand side, along with frequent chills and almost constant fatigue. i also have had problems with "feeling full", and not quite digesting my food as i used to as it seems to take longer and longer for things to process thoroughly. due to the blood loss i also feel that im becoming slightly anemic, and also am experiencing frequent headaches. I do not have rashes, bumps, or any external signs that could be linked to an std, however, i suspect my long term partner has herpes II though he has not disclosed this to me. i have asked him before if he has anything by way of infection and i was met with mostly a negative or a dodging response, another reason for my concern!....i have been checked out by doctors, but no one has yet given me any answers and my bloodwork has not yet come back from the doctor's office. during my ob/gyn exam, my doctor said everything looked/felt normal, and scheduled me for an ultrasound exam. I'd like to know if anyone knows if/what kind of condition this sounds like or could be?....does this sound like HIV/AIDS? herpes II?...etc?.....I am truly upset and concerned and am just looking for some consolation that whatever is wrong isnt volatile or extremely dangerous!
