Ok i know i've posted this before but i need answers, I am a 14 year old unsircumsized male and about 3 1/2 months ago i had unprotected oral and hand sex with an ex girlfriend, And last month i noticed small pimple like bumps on the head under the head and under the foreskin, they cause me no pain, I am very worried i have herpes, I have been to a doctor bt they didnt test me for anything the just said it was nothing but the pimples are really hard to see, some are flesh colour some are red, The girl got tested after the experince., and hasn't got anything, is it possible i could have one and she didnt pick it up? I am still a virgin, and i havee only had what i oral and hand jobs. which wwas on that night. im very worried , pease help me.

Look up "pearly penile papules" and see if that's what you have. They appear during puberty, are NOT an STD, and are both NORMAL and COMMON.

I think you're on to something when you say it increases if you don't shower. You may have a minor form of balanitis. A redness or rash is one of the symptoms.
It could also be a yeast infection, yes, guys can get them under their foreskin.
Really, your doctor needs to look at it Guy.
I still don't think it is an STD. In most cases you'd notice a discharge.
