I plan to make a gyno appointment for next week. but that is still few days ago, and I am very worried and paranoid, and would like to know what other people may think:

I'm 22, lost my virginity a month ago. using condoms. one time he rubbed against without a condom though. I've a dryness problem, and would tense up initially during sex. so when he first put it in it used to hurt and bleed, but then I got lube and took control being on top, so the last time we had sex, I did not have any pain or bleeding.

but the next day I had little soreness. 2 days later I got my period. and worse symptoms began on nov 18th:
- reddish skin around vaginal opening, almost as if there may be a cut.
- sometimes burning pain when urinating and direct touch when wiping.
- looked like my labia minora is a little bit swollen.
- 4-5 bumps. kind big. red/pinkish. they have a pinpoint on them now. probably from all the friction/menstrual blood irritation. they are NOT on my vagina or labia lips, and they are NOT on my anus. they are probably 3-4 inches from my anus. they do not itch. they are NOT in a cluster. all bumps are separated from each other.
- no discharge. no odor. no itching.
- I feel like I have a constipation issue. but I'm not sure if this is related to the situation or not.

I was thinking, the those few times we had sex and I bled, maybe i didn't give enough time for myself to heal. and maybe the spermacide on his condoms irritated my vaginal opening even more, and all the friction involved? and now Ive had my period for 7 days, and decided not to use a tampon, so the pads/blood can be irritating it even more? also, I shave around that area. so maybe those bumps are irritated follicles from shaving/period blood/etc etc? also, I have some excess fat in thigh area, and I can see how friction/tight jeans can be irritating those bumps even more.

it's been 9 days since we last had sex, 11 days since he rubbed against me without a condom, and today is day 7 of my period.

my boyfriend said he's been tested and has no STDs. and I trust him, but I am paranoid, and I hate that I have to wait until next week.

so, would someone think I have an STD or yeast infection somehow.... or would someone go with my vagina not fully healing when I lost my virginity/spermacide irritation/dryness problem making a messy situation?

Do NOT trust anyone who says they have been tested for STD's unless they hand you a copy of the paper that shows what they have been tested for. All of your symptoms are similar to mine when I was diagnosed with herpes. Remember that the incubation period for herpes is 2-6 days. Often your period can worsen symptoms. The only way for you to know is to go to the doctor ASAP before the bumps begin to fade. The swab test is your best way to know about STD's as soon as they happen.

Until then don't have sex it will only make it feel worse. Have your boyfriend show you the results or have him go with you to get tested.

Good luck.

To questioner, I'm coming in WAY LATE on this post. I am not a doctor but if you used 'condoms' the whole time and there was no exposed oral/genital contact with your behind area, it would be hard for you to catch anything there. Herpes travels in saliva too, and male ejaculation.I'm hoping you resolved this issue by now.

As the lady right above me mentioned men will say 'I'm clean' and I caught something from oral sex, and he swore up and down 'he was clean'. Anal sex may protect from pregnancy but the anus has permeable skin that can absorb any STD easily.

A guy can have a clean STD paper from October 1 - have sex October 2 with a lady with viruses and that STD test means nothing. Guys will say they're clean to get some, SADLY. They aren't as concerned about diseases cause it's harder for them to catch from women, the women suffer from greater vulnerability to STD's and they know all this.

Until I have a long-term relationship and I know he's a faithful type with a recent STD test, only then will I go unprotected in areas. Otherwise, it's condoms galore and no bare oral sex. For younger girls I know this is boring and guys will resist. I had to learn the hard way by contracting Herpes and Syphilis from this guy in one session and the doctor said it's typical of oral sex transmission. Men's sex drives are much more powerful than their conscience. Older guys may be more understanding.

I had sex last night and he bit the inside of my vagina quite a lot. I wake up today and it's really red and sore. What do I do? Is this an std?
