Unprotected sex while on Birth Control Sperm in..bleeding during sex the next day

My boyfriend and I had sex yesterday morning 8am without a condom, he came inside a bit as he was pulling out. I took the bc pill a couple hours after we had sex (and after the usual time in the morning when i take it). I was unusually bloated all day yesterday. We had sex this morning without a condom at 11am (again before i took the pill) as we were switching it up we noticed there was a line of blood on his penis, sure enough there was quite a bit around my vagina. It doesn't feel like an actual period. It's now been 3 and half hours after it happened and I have a very light spotting of a light red pinkish orangeish color. I can tell i'm slightly bloated in my ovaries. Yesterday would have been my 15th day of my 21 day Cyclen packet. (so i think i was ovulating) I have had spotting and a light period appearance in the past before i was due to have it because of stress
, medicines, lack of sleep etc. I've recently started Cipralex for Anxiety and it may be a factor.....? I don't know whats going on!? Could i already have implantation bleeding? Should i be concerned? Am I overreacting... Any suggestions PLease help
