vaginal bleeding after sex- and now the bleeding is daily, f

Hi, so me and my boyfriend have only been sexually active for about 2 months now.
-we always use condoms
-but i'm not on the pill so my cycle is not entirely regular but close but this is not mensturally related
- just reciently did this happen(about 3 /4 weeks ago)
I admit he has an extreamly large penis, and i'm a really small girl. and maybe the sex has become a little deeper recently
-the first bleeding was a few drops and a bit of an ouch per sa, yet i ignored it
-the day after we had sex agan and the bleeding was rediculous
-we layed off for a week and a half
during this time i dealt with a foul oder, and lots of discharge
and i thought i must have ripped something inside me- so i'd use a yeast infection kt just to make sure i don't get the ripp or whatever happened inside me from being infected
so after a week and half- the oder had faded and te discharge was there bet not so bad - so we tried again
and now i constantly have bloody discharge and have had bloody discharge everyday for 2 weeks and i ahve not been sexually active- but it seems if i get turned on, the bloody discharge i find when i go to the bathroom is alot the oder is there but not bad( but i do have a cold)
i have to go home this weekend and get my health card
what is going one- google says vaginal bleeding after sex can be erious- what about all the time andwhen its not that time of the month
i don't know what to do- how to explain this.. what kinda of clinic to go to etc.
anything would help
