I have this burning first notice when urinating now for  a week  I looked and it is red all around in side there is white substances in creases and back by rectum. I was using Vaseline but didn't help. I was eating lots of watermelon would that cause it?I was taking prior to this one tablet 5 mg of Trintellix  but stopped when i began this problem. I now use soap and water after and then hold hot compress on for awhile it's helps but still have the white in creases won't wash off. Why do you recommend?
