In last 5 months i ejaculated a lot of times.. average on regaular twice or thrice a week and due to travelling job i have digestion problem too almost regularly.. now i can clearly notice that my sperm before it was white then it turned to yellow greenish and now colorless and watery. Kindly help me out with any remedy.

Sometimes a man's semen will change color and consistancy and still is normal and full of healthy sperm. You don't mention your age. Men do change as they get older and will see changes in the amounts and qualities of their semen as they age, most noticable for many men after ages 45 to 55 years old, but it varies a lot from one man to the next. Vasectomies can sometimes also change a man's semen appearance over years of being sterile too. If you plan on having kids in the future, I would have a semen analysis done to see if your semen is still full of healthy sperm or not. Since the sperm numbers and health are the main purpose and goal in having any semen at all, healthy sperm will mean you don't need to worry about your semen. The Dr. ordering your semen test can also examine your testicles and order blood tests to check your testosterone and othe rmale hormone levels to check those for you.
