Hi i have had these weird spot like things on my left ball sac(testicle i think) and all the other posts like this it says u can pop them but mine you cant there quite big and hurt when i try, everything else also says its on there forskins or testicles, im not good with science and im just saying there on my left ball sac 11 of them 2 bigger than the other. I am 16 and not had sex but one step from it and i only had interactions with one girl who i know first step in everything was with me so it cant be a std. Help plz i dont want to see a doctor :-(

I actually think these are the same old sebaceous cysts everybody talk about. They are actually very hard to squeeze out because there is a very tick membrane on top of them. They could be excised by a doctor but i am not sure if they would do it since they are natural occurrence.
They could get bigger and even get inflamed or infected. In those cases, they would hurt and get big and red.
