Hello everyone, i had the same problem as you all are describing 2 years ago. First of all there is no need to worry, it will just get as normal as you were before. I went through several tests but nothing came out. The last doctor i visited told me that there was nothing wrong with me and i need to engage my mind in things. I tried to neglect my problem and engaged myself in things. After a week or so, i was back to normal and had'nt yet felt anything of that sort. I guess that was just due to anxiety and nothing else coz it increased whenever i was more anxious.
Just ignore your problem and engage in things, everything will be as fine as before.

Interesting comments here. I am in the process of figuring it out and I'm getting really upset that my doctor's are not catching things as I was told that my constipation/diarrhea was from IBS, then I got a hernia, then I was in a car accident, got Bells Palsey after which they took xrays showing calcifications Then I started bloating up and wasn't eating. I was checked by soooo many clinicians it's rediculous (Physical Therapy, Medically Therapeutic Massage, GI, PCP, Nutritionist, Chiropractor, ENT, etc, etc, etc)!, I had a colonoscopy, they remove 11 polups, found 2 ulcers in my stomach, and 3 lesions in my liver. This was confirmed by MRIs with and w/o contrast which they are just "watching" to see if anything could be cancerous (new MRIs every 6 months). My pancreas is now atrophied and they gave me digestive enzymes but "forgot" the protein pump inhibitor (PPI). Then the spasms underneath my rib cage, and around my torso. So, I figure that since I have one organ that is shut down, that it is placing extra stress on other organs, my nerves may also be pinching as I get numbness and tingling in fingers. I feel like I am just watching myself get worse and worse and it's frustrating. I am going to a Pancreatic Specialist, Accupunture and Head of the Chronic Pain Clinic through my h/c system within the next 2.5 weeks. MY SUGGESTION: GO SEE A SPECIALIST and insist on the tests/labwork, etc!!!! Get a diagnosis and be very clear on understanding what they are saying to you as big latin words may mean "unkn nerve condition" or the like. Ask and ask until they tell you what they DO KNOW and then go to a specialist just for that purpose. Advocate for yourself and do what they tell you to do exactly so that you can at least rule stuff out! This stinks! I wish you all well!

I have a similar problem it on my hip then it travels to my back it feels like I'm being tickled to death. I've had seizures in the past so maybe that's what's causing it I call these body spasms tell me if you found something to cure it. I've also been having high anxiety since school started and my stress levels have also increased a lot I ordered a fidget spinner to help with my anxiety so hopefully that helps

In the case of the Sushi, I do not want to alarm you and could be wrong, but Sushi is a big way for parasites to get into your system. Cooking kills most parasites, but raw food could be a source.

Hey kid, I too have your symptoms and still do. Feared going to church because of it. Could not sit still, blamed it on pantyhose. I have depression and anxiety that finally culminated into IBS and Diverticul-OSIS . A a chronic condition involving little pockets in the colon called Diverticuli (not to be confused with Diverticul=ITUS which is an acute infection and needs antibiotics.) Your colon make its downward turn right there too, suspect then is IBS. I know what you feel, the feeling is almost worse than pain. I start wanting to move, get up, fidget my legs. If I had to stay still and my life depended on it, well I don't know if I would be here. That is how distracting and disturbing it is to me.
