I had constipation and muscle aches when I was on welchol. At the time I surf a lot on the internet looking for the side effects of the welchol people were experiencing from this medicine and I haven’t ran into anybody who was suffering from dizzy spells. I think you should go to a clinic and have these dizzy spells checked because there may be an underlying problem to it. Good luck!!!!!
