I am 69 and have really good health. I've had a couple of them lately. My wife is disabled and we have not had sex in 20 years or so but I do masturbate weekly. I recently got testosterone pellets which REALLY work and have very strong erections all night plus the periodic wet dreams. Also, the urologist put me on a lot of supplements for libido and more volume. I think it is also a matter of overload and the need for release.
