I had the same problem a couple of years ago. A wet dream is only when your body is exspelling left over semen. Seeing as you masturbate nearly everyday, this is why you're not getting Wet Dreams.

Don't worry the same thing happened to me. Wet dreams are your body's way of getting rid of semen that you don't need. Seeing as how you masterbate pretty much everyday you have either no or very little unused sperm. If you really want a wet dream then go about a week or so without masturbating and you should have one.

You can't have wet dream if you are already into masturbation. You missed out big time. To get a wet dream is easy. 1) Stop your masturbation and it may take two weeks and "IF" you luck into sex dream, you may get a "wet dream" depending how you dream.

Hi there, you can actually still have a wet dream even if you do masturbate, although it's not really 'missing out' if that's what you mean. Where did you hear that masturbating prevents it?

Well, it's not common knowledge if I have to ask about it. I can tell you that it's not a simple matter of just not masturbating. some people are made for it and some people aren't. I never had one, and I didn't even masturbate until I was much older than most boys. Did you know it doesn't happen with everyone?

You can have wet dreams if you stop masturbating and if you are lucky to have sex dreams. lol Like a 2 % chance for you...because that depends on how you dream. It was a factor in dreams, not how to make you cum...except it if you can't because your different in dreams

No sense in arguing about this... different people respond differently... and some are strongly influenced by their early teaching/training.

Most all medical/self help books today state that a wet dream begins occurring after a boy matures, and the body has excess sperm stored up. This internal "pressure" influences his dream and THAT's what causes the sex dream. It may seem that you have a nocturnal emission because you have a sex dream, but it's usually the other way around.

That's why people say "back off on the masturbation" if you want to increase your chances of having a wet dream. Of course, we can't control our dreams, so it's no guarantee, but the longer you put off masturbating, the higher the chance of having a wet dream.

I can tell you I usually find them (wet dreams) to be a little bit disturbing, because it feels like I'm out of control. In my dream, I'm unable to keep from coming or urinating, and I wake with a sense of panic. The first few when I was young were very disturbing until I had read up on them and understood more. (Nowadays, I don't worry much about them. Nor do they happen as often, as I'm sexually active.)

So, don't fight over it. Redboy may not have the "luck" to have one, but most books suggest it will happen every fortnight (14 days or so) if no other sexual activity has caused an ejaculation.

(Just make sure you clean up after yourself. Nothing smells so rank as a soiled bed or underclothes that aren't rinsed or laundered promptly.)

I hate that dream where I'm scurrying all over the building looking for a place to urinate. I keep finding bathroom doors that don't lead to a bathroom. Bathrooms that have been converted to something else and the toilets are gone. Last night when I finally found a place to go, it was in the boss's office on a shelf behind his desk.

I found that having my wet dreams while I was still awake, cut down on the night time ones a lot. In fact I think I just about eliminated them by forcing myself to have plenty of them during the day. I guess it was like keeping the tank drained.

Ah, I actually was not aware of that! Like I said, I was a late bloomer in that regard so I was under the impression that I was just not capable of it. CHances are, I may not be. And let's just be honest--I like to do it rather than waiting. But thanks for helping clear that up for me. I didn't realize that there were more factors in play there. How old are you now?

It sounds like she handled your development better than most might have.

And, yes, it does sound like you "drained the tank" regularly, which would reduce the frequency of "wet dreams".
(I've never heard masturbation called "daytime wet dreams" considering you're not asleep... but your point is well taken!)

If any young people are looking here, your mom might appreciate a hand with the laundry, especially if you pre-rinse or pre-soaked the spots on the sheets. (For my experience, they were almost always in my shorts, and I'd wake before they soaked into the sheet, as I recall.)

My mother was 36 when I was born so she had time to become more enlightened than a lot of mothers, but at that time you don't generally think of anyone being part of the sexual revolution or a sexually enlightend society. Women really became independent during WWII but by that time my mother had been supporting herself and her mother for most of her life. She was born on a potato farm in Fort Kent Maine. She became the teacher of a one room school at the age of 16. During the summers she had to find another job or starve. She worked at a resort hotel on the coast of Maine one summer and went to Florida that winter to work the hotel for the same owner, there. He took his girls to Fla. when he opened his seasonal hotel there and back to Maine for the summer hotel there. From there she moved to Connecticut and got a job in a department store on the candy counter. That's when her mother left her father up in Maine, and moved in with her. She soon moved into the office as the book keeper. Then on to Providence RI as book keeper in a department store. From there to Boston in the same position in a big department store. The manager of that store bought an ice cream parlor in my home town as an investment and she moved again to run that for him, mother in tow. My father was the letter carrier on the street where the store was and he used to stop in every day to sit in a booth and sort his mail.
