Hello, I'm 21, 5'2", and weigh at 145, last I had checked.
I had my son in October of 2006, going from a 105 pre-preg. weight, to a whopping 160.
I have been trying to lose weight for the past 6 months. I have tried setting reasonable goals for myself, and certain food restrictions, such as no fast food more than twice a month, serving sizes of junk food.. Reasonable changes, nothing drastic.
My target weight is 120, 115 at lowest. I'd even settle for a flat stomach now.. I exercise daily, I've made healthy changes to my diet. And yet my weight keeps going back and forth between 130-145.. Is there something I'm missing here? I'm not a vain person, but my looks are important to me, and it depresses me to see myself overweight. Any advice would be helpful.
