Hi I'm twelve and I'm 4'8 . I Weigh 115 lbs. I think I am overweight for my height! I'm scared about my health and sometimes I cry about it because it's shocking for me. I need advice and ideas! I wanna try gym but I'm scared about people judging me, and my gyms minimum age is 13! I tried to diet but I'm still gaining. I love to bike, swim, and sleep. I don't wanna be the same lbs of my dad! (125 lbs) I'm really scared about my health and if I'm overweight because most of my clothes don't fit me anymore, I try to encourage myself to drink water but I hate the taste. But the only water I'll drink is smart water.HELP!

God is the only one that can judge you. Man I can remember vein like 130-145 at age 12 and by the time I was sixteen my body finally just kinda filled itself out. Your young and your body is going through so many changes! First quit caring about what people think, the people you need will love you for you. Second start walking everyday. Tone up not lose weight. Quit drinking soda all together it makes a big difference!

OKAY. no worries, i'm here. first off, i'm turning 12, 4'10, and i weigh 110 lbs. don't worry. calm down... okay, so i know what you're feeling! it's okay. i have low self esteem, but don't worry. we're young.. we're gunna be changing a lot. and i feel bad about myself a lot, but don't ever hate yourself. that's the first thing i'll tell you. and, no need for the gym.(: remember the things you did when you were a little kid? try those. like... try biking for 1 or 2 hours, after that, DON'T end up eating a lot of junk food. once in a while, it's alright to eat some junk food, but limit yourself, and try to do some biking and swimming to pay off for that. and.. water sometimes does taste disgusting. but i think there's this thing that could put flavor into water with 0 calories. also, sense you're 4'8, you should also drink milk. probably milk would make you taller.(: hope this helps. my goal is at least 100 or 90 pounds. school's coming soon. .__.
