I'm 5'5, 13 years old girl, I weigh 130ish I'm an hour glass figure but mostly it's in the hips what's my ideal weight?

this is a tough question to answer... I mean, your ideal weight really depends on quite a few factors - you will always look better with 130 pounds, but toned muscles vs. same weight and "soft" body :) 

In average I would say your ideal weight would be around 120-125 punds, but it's a question whether you would lose weight around hips - you would probably lose weight proportionally - everywhere.... breasts, stomach, hips, arms, legs etc. 

What kind of food do you usually eat? Could you describe your daily menu (what foods and how much), inlcude drinks that you consume too. 

Do you exercise?
