I am the first person to admit that I know next to nothing about multiple sclerosis, let alone women with multiple sclerosis, as I am a man. I did hear that women with MS need to take antioxidant vitamins though. Can you tell me what ones, and why? Thank you for your time.

Vitamins B6 and B12 are very important to women who have MS, and most patients tend to take their vitamin supplements in the form of injections, as these can be dosed higher and are easier to provide for a longer period of time. In addition, all MS patients are recommended to take higher doses of Vitamin D, deficiencies of which has been closely linked to the development of MS.
