Hi! I need some information. I'm 34 and I'm diabetic. I still don't have any problem with my kidneys but I'm afraid that I will get it one day. It's unavoidable. I read somewhere that about 20-30% of people with diabetes develop a Diabetic Nephropathy. What are exact cause of Diabetic Nephropathy? Thanks!
