I was having sex with my girlfriend, who is on birth control and has never missed pill. When I was about to ejaculate, I pulled out even though I was wearing a condom. When I went to take the condom off saw that it had ripped at some point during sex. I am about 99.99% sure that I was not inside when I ejaculated, but I was wondering if there is any reason that I should be nervous.

Dude, she was on the Pill and you used a condom and you pulled out. Even though your condom tore, be it before you even started or at some point during, so long as she's been taking the pill once a day, there's absolutely no way she could be pregnant. I've had sex with my girlfriend without a condom while she was on the Pill, and she's never become pregnant, so you'll be fine. Just relax :P
