What are the chances that I could be pregnant?

What are the chances that I could be pregnant? I'm 14 and I just had sexual intercourse for the first time on 6/16-17 in the middle of the night. I was on what had seemed like my period on 6/14-6/18. I could have sworn I had my period at the beginning of the month, but my cycle is irregular causing me to be unsure of when it comes and when it doesn't come. We used protection, but not even very far into having sex it broke. My boyfriend immediately replaced it and then we continued. I asked him the next day how far he was, and he told me he didn't finish until after I did which was way later after we put the 2nd condom on which means that the only thing that I assumed was in me was the precum. On 6/18 I took the Next Choice emergency contraceptive at about 4pm and then the 2nd pill at 4am. After I took the first pill my throat became sore and I got a headache with what seemed like a very mild fever that went away before I took the second pill. It's been 24hours since I took the first pill and I still have a sore throat. Everything in my body is working perfectly fine. Am I just stressing too much? I just want to know the chances of myself being pregnant. This is giving me enough scare to never do something careless like this again. Oh and I'm spotting darkish blood that's kind of slimy, but I don't know if that is from my ripped hymen or not because I'm still sore from the weekend. Also when should I take a pregnancy test to really make sure that I am not pregnant? Any advice or thoughts of this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you from a much worried teenage girl. We did not have oral sex either, so my sore throat doesn't stem from that.
