What do I got

Kinda got a question, last month may I got my period, and I started getting these weird itchi feeling by my vagina it burned while I urinated but only for a 2 or 3 days and the burning stoped, I got my period for the month of june and after that I start getting these weird tickly feeling in my vagina and when I stick my finger inside it feels swolen but like the thickeling stops, and when I see my finger its like wet with yellow/white things (kinda looks like cottage cheese) any idea what the hell I may have? Please I really really need your help, im freaking out
