For the last month I've been suffering from mood swings, lower abdominal cramping, headaches, and for a while there I JUST KNEW that I was pregnant.  My period was two weeks late and a little lighter than usual, and my period before that was on time but really light and short.  Until I got my period this last time I was convinced I was pregnant, now I know I'm not.

Negative pregnancy tests.  Negative on the UTI, I had one a couple months ago, took Cipro and it is completely gone.

The last few weeks I feel pressure in my lower abdomen and the last few days I've had an upset stomach or mild nausea.  If it weren't for my period I'd still be convinced I was pregnant.  I'll have to go to a doctor about this sooner or later, just waiting for taxes to get back.

Meanwhile does anybody have any other suggestions?  I have no symptoms of UTI to speak of, I'm not dehydrated.

Over the last two months I've taken around 7 pregnancy tests, all negative.  I'm at my wits end, I'm pretty sure I am NOT pregnant, but I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced the same thing.

I'm not sure myself. But, you are doing the right thing going to the doctors! You might need a swab taken to check for infection. For now, maybe just take paracetamol at your recommended dosage and when your taxes get back get down to the doctor
