What is a good fiber supplement.  Well there are so many and I know a lot of them can cause gas and bloating.  I suggest you stay away from fiber supplements  and get your fiber from natural foods.  Try having oatmeal for breakfast.  It has both soluble and insoluble fiber which you need.  To jazz up the oatment, add some fruit if you like and possibly agave or maple syrup.  Consider whole wheat breads in moderation and of course fruits and veggies contain a lot of fiber so you can always go that route.
