I have been working out for about 3 months and i gained alot of muscle i feel that when i don't masterbate my muscles grows faster and biger so does masterbating affect bodybuilding???

Hi . . . Well it all depends on the frequency of your masturbation that how much your muscle building is effected, but one thing is for sure, the effect is negative. You have been working out and you do not want big muscles, then change your workout routine. Do more repetitions and decrease the break between each repetetion.

I answered similar question and I will repeat it again. There is no effect of masturbation and muscle growth. Only thing that is similar for both things that they tend to use hormone testosterone. Testosterone is a male sexual hormone that is responsible for creating of sperm and also it is responsible for growth of the muscles. That is why sometimes you can here with some body builders talking how they use testosterone to speed up the muscle growth.
What kind of exercises do you do? How much weight do you lift? Try to give your body enough time to rest for better effect of the exercises. How long are you lifting weights?

Hello , just a clarification on your point - "Testosterone is a male sexual hormone that is responsible for creating of sperm and also it is responsible for growth of the muscles" - so i if we masterbeat , then testosterone would need to create sperm and same time need to grow muscles coz there is regular gym workouts. Which means , the result/muscle growth response of the body need not be as prompt as compared to a situation with minimum masterbeating and no need to reproduce sperm.
