As much as I could find, there really isn’t many connections with masturbation and body building. I agree with Cardinals post. Sperm is full of proteins. Only other this that can have connection with body building and masturbation is testosterone. It is male sexual hormone that is responsible for production of sperm and also for muscles. So there you have it. Testosterone is the only thing that might affect your body building if you masturbate too much.
How long have you been body building? How old are you? It is not too smart to build muscle if you are too young. You should take care of your body any way you can.
