That is up to the girl. Once your hormones kick in there is a biological desire that pushes a girl to want relationships and those may lead to intimacy and sex. Nothing wrong with that. We girls hit puberty by the time we are 12 or 13. Don't let idiots tell you that at 13 your body hasn't developed so we should not be having sex. That's crappy advice. Sex is personal, not a recipe from prudes that should be followed. Do it if you want to experience and explore, dont feel guilty about it and do it with the one you choose to do it with. Just take precautions and don't fall pregnant. If you do not take precautions and fall pregnant the nay sayers will say " see I told you not to have sex, serves you right"
