  1. 50 Decline Crunches
  2. Bench Press, 3x10
  3. Leg Extensions, 3x5
  4. Shoulder Shrugs with preacher bar, 3x10
  5. Leg Curls, 3x5
  6. Dumbell flies, 3x10
  7. Preacher Curls, 3x10
  8. Vertical Knee Raises, 3x10
45 second rest between sets, do them in pairs, 2/3, 4/5, 6/7. Do the first exercise then go right to the next. Takes me about 35 minutes.

Probably not enough, that's for sure.

I think my leg power is my biggest weakness and my cycling speeds reflect that. My legs will give out long before my heart and lungs ever feel a push.

Any benefits to running??I've come to the conclusion that calf exercises only serve to agggravate the healing stress fracture in my foot. I'm currently avoiding them like the plague.

Nautilus Military Press Machine 3x6 pyramid

Sitting Lat Machine (not really sure what the hell this machine is actually called) 3x10
If I still have time....
Naut. Dip Machine 3x6 pyramid
putz around with some of the other nautilus stuff

crunches 3x75 (or however many i can squeeze out)
nautilus stomach machine 3x10 pyramid
shoulder and back lifts 3x10 as time permits.
