What symptoms should i look out for?

Me and my boyfriend have been together 10 months, we love eachother alot! I feel ready for a family but he says he doesnt think its the right time... I was on the pill for 5/6 years and my periods were regular as clock work, i new when i was coming on and when i was due to finish...on the 1st April i decided that i needed to take control of my body clock instead of the pill doing it all for me..i was on my period from the 31st March (which was unusual) and didnt finish for about a week (which was also unusual) we always had unprotected sex while i was on the pill but never got pregnant, but since being off my pill we have had unprotected sex, a couple of times (this morning and the other night) I havent had my period yet and i do not know when i am due as my periods were irregulour before i was on the pill...I know i should wait 14days before taking a test..what symptoms should i look out for ??
