What would be the right time of sex after periods

It's VERY risky after your period as you are becominging increasingly fertile.  Ideally, you would have sex just BEFORE your period, from about 10 days before.  By that time your fertility is decreasing rapidly. 

It really depends upon when you ovulate.  Day 1 of your cycle is when your period starts.  Normally you will ovulate between days 11 and 16.  Sperm can survive for about 5 days however.  So having sex at day 5 or 6, just after your period, can lead to pregnancy.  48 hours AFTER ovulation, about day 18, the egg is not viable (able to be fertilized).
