My Fiance' and I are trying to have a baby.
I am having frequent urination (was having a little spotting of blood).Lower pains , upper pains in my stomach. back pains (like aching), getting moody with my fiance' for no reason then getting upset about it afterward, also eating more than usual. I have a few breakouts on my face, my breast are tender to even touch and get hard often.My blood pressure was slighty low it was 112/81.
I went to the doctor last week and he told me that it could be a bladder infection but wanted to test me for a pregnancy test but I didn't want to pay 50 dollars more to have a test. and I should have my period next Monday.
So could I be pregant? and when should I take a test and it be accurate?

The symptoms you are describing are definitely some of the early signs of pregnancy, but you also probably very well know that those same signs can happen because of PMS. Does it burn or hurt when you urinate? Did the doc gave you any treatment for urinary tract infection? The right time to take home pregnancy test would be when your period is at least one day late, so definitely not before Monday. And the test will be much more accurate if you wait until than and if you use first morning urine, as it is instructed.
