If what you are seeing is tubular, transluscent white with a darkened end, that is your clitoris....it has merely extended beyond the hood. The actual clitoris is comprised of erectile tissue and thus elongates or shrinks based on circumstance. It also runs 6-9 inches deep so trying to pull it out is not recommended. There is a clear difference between this and temporary irritants.

Omg i have the same experience. Im a 20 yo, i never touch my genitalia eversince one time my friend ask me if there would be like white thingy on my genitalia since i donttouch or check it then she concluded that i dont clean it properly i just denied eventually i got curious. After bath, i stood up infornt of a mirror open my thing pushed it and there! I understand that you put it on a paper towel and are describing what you saw. After careful study I have determined the answer to the original question is that it's definitely smegma. No big deal. You have to start really pulling the hood of the clitoris back and cleaning with warm water only on a daily basis. It will keep this skin cell, oil and bacteria buildup from reemerging.

If the smegma is there too long the clitoris can become really irritated and the smegma can develop a huge white glob that has sort of caused a deep hole and it may come out some as you squeeze it gently. If enough comes out you can grab it with tweezers and once it's out you can see the hole that remains. If it hasn't gotten "under your skin" and is just a surface buildup a daily cleaning with only warm water should remove it and keep it away. If it has gently remove it (no need to dig in it) and then proceed to clean it with only warm water once or twice a day for life.

It's just discharge (normal) getting in the hood of your clit. It bugs me just knowing its there, sometimes even before I look, I know it's there cause its a little itchy.
