I also have the same red dots on my nose but it definitely isn't because of stress. It's summer so I haven't been taking care of myself as well as I can and my face gets really oily. Maybe because of that? Are the dots gone now?

The dots are your blood vessels bursting from throwing up. It is quite normal and completely harmless. It fades within days.
