I am 20 days away from being 16 and I've known that I have CORONAL hypospadias for about 2 years. My penis is about 4 1/2 inches when erect and I ejaculate somewhat. I am not through puberty all the way mabe not even half and I have a few questions
1. Will this effect my fertility?
2. Will this effect the size of my penis
3. Will sex be normal?

Hypospadias should not effect fertility. A lot of us have children, including myself. Do not rely on hypospadias as some form of birth control, or you may be the second person to find out your partner is pregnant. Hypospadias can and does affect the size of a penis, although it should be said that there is no way to know how big your penis would have been without having hypospadias. Statistically, there is a small difference in the average size of the adult human male erect penis with and without hypospadias, but there is no point dwelling on the issue because like all what ifs, there is no way to change it.
If you mean will my penis work the same way others do, yes...Sex will be "normal". I use quotes because sex is different for each of us, and we experience it in our own way, shaped by culture, environment and our own attitudes, preferences and prejudices. Unless you have significant bending or bowing of your penis, called chordee, intercourse will be the same for a person with hypospadias and those not affected.

My fiancé has undergone hypospadias surgery in his childhood. He has two holes in his penis. Can it affect male fertility in any way? Would it affect pregnancy in any way?

Hi, I'm a 33 year old male with coronal Hypospadias. My wife and I have been trying for a child for several months, but still no joy. Could this diagnosis be the issue?
