My husband was originally diagnosed with alzheimers but recently this has been changed to lewy bodys disease. As well he suffers from capgras syndrome. I want to be able to care for my husband at home but the capgras syndrome is making this almost impossible. I have tried calling before coming home or into a room, changing clothes, walking around outside of house but these only give very short term results. Would abilify help alleviate this syndrome?
