It started 5 months ago with a weird brief dizzy..woosh feeling llike I may pass out not a spinning dizzy...went to doc had fluid on my ear...took mucinex per doc ..then it continued turned into sinus infection..back to doc for antibiotics took those...it continued...then started having anxiety about the dizzy and would feel like passing out for hours...then stomach started feeling horrible lost 10 pounds in two weeks wasnt able to eat felt sick when only took one bite...then in shower one day and got bad pain thru back of my head went to er they did ct of brain and sinus both came back good blood work good...er doc said stop taking meds relax and back to normal in 10 days...didnt work sometimes in grocery store or department store will get weird feeling in head like i cant concentrate and need to sit down but not dizzy...happens while driving too...so have missed work due to the driving been out 9 weeks so far...now I have tight feeling in throat with mucus and feel like I need to clear throat constantly...sometimes have pain in ears but found out need 2 root canals dont know if this has anything to do with condition?? I have been having episodes of waking up as I fall asleep gasping for air and heart pounding happened 10 times last nt..have sore neck and causes pain up into back of my head...3 weeks ago saw another doc who prescribed prednisone said I had labrythinitis...inner ear inflamation..didnt take prednisone due to the anxiety it can cause she also prescribed lexapro but I dont want to go that route if dont have to hate taking meds..feel like she was guessing btwn medical condition or anxiety...get sore neck goes into back of head with sharp pains..if anybody can give me some insight that would be great..this has taken major toll on my life with home life and work have no insurance and running out of money...feel very hopeless please help 34 years old never married no kids,no stress at work easy job..live with boyfriend
