Not sure if this is the best place to ask but I am a 20 year old male and I am having trouble ejaculating. Some days I can masturbate for a couple minutes and others I will masturbate for 10-20 minutes which I know is normal. Regardless of how long I do it I have never been able to fully ejaculate, it just rolls out clear semen and sometimes feels like it doesn't come out. I have only had sex with one girl and I couldn't stay erect the whole time. I'm attracted to women so that's not an issue. I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem but it's annoying. Also when I was younger I had surgery to remove my right testicle because it died inside of me, not sure if that has anything to do with it. Should I go see a doctor? Thanks.
