11 days late then started stopped ,spotted.pregnant

I usually start on the first of every month and has been the same since january.august i was seven days late my period lasted five days.so i thought it could be stress..well the following month in september i expected to start the first nothing so i thought maybe my cycle has changed to the seventh then nothing.i spotted on the eighth and thought forsure i would start considering i had never spotted before a period before then nothing on the 11th im guessing what is suppose to be my period came lasted three days.stopped completely then three to five days later i spotted i didnt think anything of it because i was only when i wiped.had intercourse that night and now its almost two weeks later and ive been feeling sick to my stomache,not wanting to eat,tired all the time with alot of clear watery discharge and i normally dont have any discharge.

so what could this be pregnancy or mind games?
