Im 30 years old and always been sexually active.
Recently i have met the girl of dreams and all is going great, except for some reason i cant sustain my erection for any longer than 5-10 mins.
This is the last thing i want as i love this woman so much and find her so god dam attractive.
I've tried Viagra but no affect.
This has only started happening recently.
My girlfriend is in the US at the mo, until 20th. My friends say no mastutrbating or alcohol while she is away?!
Is there anything else i need/should be doing?
I really want to get this sorted before she gets back.

Doing exercises regularly in the morning for i hour like joggin or running will keep you active physically, mentally and sexually too throughout the day why dont you have a try, if not go to a doc. regular food habits is must, unnecesary fears of gettin erected put it away, drink lots water and urinate avoid soft drinks, beer or vodka... u can make it... dont lose a girl you love that pain you cant bear.... Do PC Exercise you Kegel muscle or the sexual muscle. Here is how to do it. Every time you go pee, try stopping in the middle, then do it again 3-4 times every time you pee. The same muscle used to stop peeing is the same muscle we use to get the penis up.
So do this and try to hold it up as long as possible then relax the muscle.
after a while you will be able to locate and control this muscle even when no peeing.
