I am 5 weeks pregnant, and am experiencing some extreme bloating, and pains in the stomach, and severe exhaustion. The pains only come when I excersise which I have been excersising daily for the past year so it's nothing new. This is my second pregnancy and my first I did not feel like this in the first trimester. Is this normal? How do I decrease bloating and get more energy?

every pregnancy is diffrent. you may just be getting more fatigue in the begining. try cutting back a little on your exercises, and if you feel tired, rest.
