I would like to know something about back exercises during pregnancy. I am pregnant for two month. I have rather peaceful pregnancy so far, but I have trouble with my backs because of my weight gain in last month. It can be also because of my bad posture. What should I know?

I have been doing back exercises during the first trimester of my pregnancy. After the first trimester avoids the back exercises since it can decrease blood flow into uterus. You should never exercise to exhaustion, on hot, humid weather, don't exercise when you have fever and make sure to drink extra water on days when you exercise.
