I don't think so! Usually the first sign of multiple embryos is EXTREME nausea!!!! The pressure you feel isn't on your vagina it is on your cervix! And this is normal - as the your body grows to handle the growing embryo/fetus/baby! In about 4 or 5 weeks you will probably be getting an ultrasound and THEN they can tell you IF you have multiples! You will notice SO much in the next coming months, you have never felt ANYTHING like this before, so everything will be new and weird! Good luck and health!
