I need my toncils out but the trouble is I might be pregnant

Hi honey! 1st thing to do is tell them that you MIGHT be pregnant - IF there is enough HCG levels then they will test you! A tonsilectomy isn't a long procedure, and they will make sure they keep an eye on your oxygen levels and take it seriously, and get you in and out of there as quickly as possible! I had surgery at 12 weeks pregnant, and they knocked me out for a short a time as possible! The fact is this! An embryo, fetus, baby, ALWAYS takes care of IT's needs first! you don't matter!!! LOL Thus women being sicker than dogs - throwing up, headaches etc. and the baby just lays there doing nothing, just growing and eating, growing and eating! LOL so I KNOW it's worrying but they will know what to do! And I would suggest them putting you on antibiotics before the surgery - just incase if they are inflamed or infected!
