I am getting a pain in both testicles during ejaculation. Why 9 months after the vasectomy??? It doesn't bother me any other time. No fever, sickness, etc.

Post vasectomy pain can occur years after the procedure. It's usually due to pressure inside the testicle/epididymus. I have been in continuous pain for 12 years. the only good thing that has happened is I have become accustomed to the pain and it doesnt piss me off like it used to.
