I woke up today and went to the bathroom. I sat down because i had to do a 1 and a 2. Toward the end of peeing i felt like a sharp pain in my penis. I immediately grabbed it and saw that i was now peeing just blood. Like a lot of blood. After a few seconds it slowed and stopped and there was blood in toilet. What could this be?

Have you had any recent pains, maybe in your lower back? It might be the result of a kidney stone.
You may have also burst a blood vessel.

I believe it was a kidney stone. I peed again and this time it hurt alot more and what appeared to be a kidney stone came out. It did not bleed as much as last time and stopped bleeding completely. Ive been drinking alot of water and have peed a 3rd time with little to no discomfort and no detectable blood.

DId you save the stone? If so, a urologist can analyze the stone to determine what caused it. It may help prevent another one from happening later on.
