I took Plan B about four hours after the condom my boyfriend and I used slipped off during sex. I had light spotting for about 3 days starting the next day, which Plan B says can happen. However I haven't gotten my period yet and although my period cycle is generally irregular, i'm expirencing breast tenderness as though i'm about to get it. I have read that Plan B may cause your period to be a bit late, but as said before, I only have a general idea of when to expect my next period.
My last period began on the 4th of march, my boyfriend and I had sex I would assume around the 11th of this month (April) and I took Plan B but, I have yet to have my period. Should I take a pregnancy test just to be sure that I am or am not pregnant, or should I wait a few days to see if my period is really about to come? I haven't gotten any of the other possible pregnancy signs, and I know stress plays a large factor in how your body reacts to things, but any thoughts would be very welcome.
