Ever since one encounter with a woman who squeezed my penis prior to orgasm to stop the flow and I felt an unusual pulse or something like a burst of some inner organ. Since then my semen just flows out. Is this something I need to get looked at ( it happened years ago ) and can I regain my ability to shoot or squirt my semen again?
