My mother has entered her menopause and started feeling strangely. She is always exhausted, has difficulties while walking etc. We thought that those might be menopausal symptoms, but since those signs were very persistent, it was proven that she has fibromyalgia. And she has also done electroencephalography which turned out to be abnormal. Is that possible for someone with fibromyalgia?

I think that there might be some relation between those two things. It might be that her fibromyalgia has been triggered with some ongoing process in her head. Still, those two might be completely unrelated. Whatever the case, those conditions will be treated with proper therapy and we should only hope that improvement will come soon.
